What’s New? CONFERENCE Review
Technology trends in Corporate Real Estate,
FM and Workplace
Took place at the BT Tower, London, 10th May 2016
NJW and their FOCAL365 client BTFS invited technology industry experts, to talk about their experiences, case studies, innovation and forward thinking.
BTFS have been using FOCAL365 for 2 years to assist in their Property portfolio and operations maintenance analytics for 7,000+ of their UK properties. BTFS have white labelled FOCAL365 and named it ‘INSIGHT’ receiving data automatically from their internal core databases including ‘Geneva’.
Firstly, let me thank BT for the use of the BT Tower as it really is an awesome venue with the auditorium on the ground floor and the revolving restaurant in the Tower.
As with all NJW Events, they are friendly, fun and encourage stress free networking especially at the after Event wine bar and nibbles. I think we all have headaches and probably made promises we cannot keep.
What was totally inspirational however was having lunch, networking as the BT Tower revolved 360 degrees around panoramic views of London. It was fun to be holding a plate of delicious food whilst spinning around a crowd of incredible Property & Facility Management professionals.
The Speakers and their Solutions
NJW are fortunate to work with clients directly, FM Service Providers, consultancy practices and Technology Partners. The latter, Technology partners was the chosen theme of the BT Tower Event.
FOCAL365 has proven connections to Condeco, Cognito, Scanetic, BT Insight & Sodexo Connections as these are some of the most popular technology soutions available on the market.
