NJW CTO, Graham Morris has personally developed the NJW Graduate programme  to ensure that new starters are welcomed and systematically climatised into TEAMNJW.

Great care is taken at the selection or interview process to impress and test graduates to ensure that they understand the company objectives, working environment, customers, products, operational procedures and experience the dynamic atmosphere.

Graham understands that it is as much about selling NJW to a potential graduate as it is the graduate introducing himself to NJW.

RECRUITMENT

NJW Limited recruits annually for computer science, software engineering and business graduates as well as students seeking work experience during a gap year. We typically recruit 4-5 graduates and under graduates to our programme each year.
