NJW are commissioned to provide day to day management of Property Connections, a web based business information tool that services 5000 registered users who can create Property Service Requests, view Property & Facility Management information, analytics and documents. The Connections Team work closely with the client’s Property Department and it’s established supply partners providing both professional services and technical solutions to improve the quality of information including the structure and efficiency of the work requests and processes.

Currently the NJW team is working on a number of critical projects across the portfolio including the consolidation of a number of properties and refurbishment projects. Our ‘business as usual’ services include on-site move managers, project managers and space planners as well as technology experts.
