The management of Real Estate and Facilities support services encompasses an ever-increasing range of activities for the Defence industries.

Having up-to-date dynamic information online is essential for the 'Workplace Services' team at Farnborough. As such, NJW have implemented an online Web based Real Estate & FM management solution as a pilot scheme. NJW have used their experience over the years with organisations such as MOD in the UK, US Navy in Naples and Royal Signals in Cyprus. The Farnborough buildings have been surveyed by the NJW, floor-plans linked into Archibus/FM CAFM and finally a Top HAT Portal provides dynamic information. Google maps provide finger tip drill downs to the site, drawings are online and dynamic Space Management data is available to the users including stacking diagrams and all manner of occupancy statistics.
