A retail company that owns more than 400 brands of which 13 are “billion dollar brands” has commissioned NJW to investigate and deliver its global IWMS requirements.

The NJW Strategy team working from a London base have written and managed the RFI & RFP procedure for the identification of the global IWMS and Room Booking solutions. The client required an enterprise-class software platform that integrates 5 key components of functionality including Real Estate, Facility Asset Management, Facility Maintenance, Project & Capital Investment and Environment & Sustainability. The NJW Strategy team are extending their services into the global implementation phases at the same time as the appointment of an FM Service provider who will be set up to drive best in class delivery of FM Services. As such, NJW will help integrate the new IWMS & FM Service offerings.
