NJW work onsite providing Workplace services such as Space Planning, CAD/CAFM and move management services. The Pfizer Facilities Solution Department recently identified a requirement to incorporate all of Pfizer’s Europe, Middle East and Africa properties into the TRIRIGA IWMS solution. NJW are in the final phase of completing this exercise providing a single consolidated data source for Space Reporting.

Pfizer GO have benefitted from NJW technology delivering facilities performance data for Pfizer buildings worldwide. The database contains live information about location, lease information, square footage, capacity, and headcount together with cost to own and service for each facility. Advanced analytics provide the user with numerous metrics and comparisons for performance of facilities based on cost or space efficiency.
