Aftercare - Overview

NJW has established a Support, Maintenance, and Enhancement Plan widely known as NJW Aftercare. This enables such Product into conformity with the operating specifications for the most current version of the Product.

We make sure you are kept up to date with the latest technology by supplying all extensions, enhancements, and other changes which NJW views would benefit your organisation with improvements or extensions. This in turn provides an almost consultancy like service.

We provide our clients with a telephone support service to answer operational questions and to report any irregularities with the Product. Such services are available during normal business hours defined as 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. UTC, Monday through Friday.
