At NJW, we offer a range of ongoing support services to clients. This includes our customer-care package net|care, designed to provide support, maintenance and enhancements for bespoke software packages. net|care enables clients to achieve optimum use from their product with minimum of downtime.

Benefits include:

Telephone/email support to answer operational questions and report any irregularities. Standard support hours are Monday - Friday 08:30-17:30

Product updates

net|care+ is an enhanced package combining the same dedicated support plus workshops, upgrade support and data migration services.

Consultancy is purchased as part of the annual maintenance and can be used as and when required throughout the maintenance period
