TREES embedded measurement capabilities include such features as Carbon Value analysis, which integrates the greenhouse gas protocol to accurately calculate carbon footprints of real property assets and operations.
As well as this TREES incorporates an integrated ESRI Geographic Information System (GIS), this maps an organisations carbon footprint and any other necessary environmental performance metrics of an organisations location.
Finally TREES embedded measurement is capable of Integrating LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) rating system, this automatically calculates and scores environmental sustainability of workplace assets and operations for each building.

The next phase of implementation requires a system to identify and evaluate opportunities to improve energy and cost efficiency saving vital aspects of a business through the building level and overall real estate portfolio. TREES provides the system of integrated analysis tolls to compile and compare environmental opportunities at the building and real estate portfolio levels to optimise capital spend, financial return and environmental reduction.
Facility Assessment collects and identifies environmental opportunities for existing building in the portfolio. The package also includes an Energy Value calculator which uses ENERGY STAR calculations to estimate saving points, impact on carbon footprint and overall savings from opportunities to reduce environmental impacts across the portfolio.
