FM Systems Technology
FM:Interact workplace management suite is a flexible web-based platform, monitoring performance and improving planning. This software enables users to manage space, but also to reduce property outgoings by analysing financial data and monitoring portfolio performance against key performance indicators to ensure real estate and facilities plans are aligned with business operations.
FM:Space provides space management capabilities that work in conjunction with FM:Interact by creating automated departmental occupancy/vacancy reports and tools for improving space efficiency, as well as the generation of floor plans. It also tracks critical information such as lease agreements and renewal dates.
FM:Space is seamlessly integrated with autoCAD, which means that automatic tracking of furniture from CAD symbols enables users to view assets by location and ownership. Asset management can also have bar-code systems integrated if required.
