Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
As Founder and Chief Executive Officer of NJW, Nigel is an accomplished business information consultant with 20+ years of demonstrated success in providing integrated workplace management solutions and strategic workplace services to the facilities management and real estate industries.
A true visionary, Nigel understands clients often complicated needs and always accepts a challenge, which today positions NJW as one of the worlds most experienced, advanced providers of IWMS technology and global Top Hat analytics.
Nigel is a ‘take charge’ leader and over the years has successfully developed a strong, dedicated team of talented technology and workplace consultants working throughout a network of offices to service clients such as Unilever, Pfizer, GSK, British Council, HSBC, OPW, British Airways, Sodexo, CBRE, Royal Bank of Canada and BG on both a national and international platform.
Outside of the office Nigel is Chairman of Hungerford Town Football Club and can normally be found supporting the team from the sidelines. In the past five years through Nigel’s dedicated support and restructure of the club Hungerford FC has risen from Hellenic League to Southern League Premier status.
Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Kevin provides leadership for all of our client-facing divisions and support services. These are separate but complementary teams – enabling NJW to support comprehensively all of our customers.
His objectives are to deliver long-term, profitable growth by ensuring NJW’s products and services have a level of innovation that stands-out from the competition. He also drives our research and development investments to ensure this sustainable advantage. This growth focus is underpinned by rigorous support systems and processes – so that quality and customer delight are not put at risk. Prior to NJW Kevin has held global operational, CIO and CTO roles in Sodexo, Honeywell, GE and Manpower.
Outside of work Kevin enjoys travelling and spending time with his family – wife Tricia and twin boys Owen and Ciaran.
Chief Information Officer (CIO)
Roy is a main board Director of NJW and leads the product development of FOCAL365 to provide web-based solutions for the facilities and real estate sectors.
As Principle Developer and Systems Lead Architect, Roy is responsible for all aspects of the project lifecycle from design through to final deployment. Roy has led projects including significant system roll-outs to AstraZeneca, Shell, The NHS, Barclays and leading global FM providers and real estate consultants.
Previous to NJW, Roy graduated from the University of Nottingham with a degree in Electronic Engineering in 1995. Using this as a foundation, he teamed up with a pioneering ISP based in Belfast introducing some of the first interactive Java Applets into the commercial market including online crosswords for various regional newspapers and an online journey planner.
In 1997, Roy joined a London-based consultancy specialising in the electronic distribution of financial research. As part of a small dynamic team, Roy was responsible for the move of their primary portal from Lotus Notes to Java technology. During this time, he was responsible for the introduction of the portal and bespoke consultative development for some of the big name banks such as ING, NatWest, UBS and Credit Lyonnais.
Roy is an avid lover of scenery and misses no opportunity for a getaway to the lakes or to the outstanding Bernese Alps. He is a keen walker, enjoying the odd ramble in the Scottish Highlands or the Mountains of Mourne.
Business and Commercial Director
Following a successful career in both travel and recruitment, Trudie joined NJW in 2003 to provide office management and human resource support to the leadership team.
In 2008, Trudie was promoted to Business and Commercial Director and invited to join the main board of Directors.
Working across all departments, Trudie is responsible for the day-to-day management of the company’s finances, payroll, human resources, contract and resource management.
Trudie’s dedication and knowledge of business process, finance and personnel has helped develop both internal and client systems improving customer care, communications and efficiency.

Originally from Dartmouth in Devon, Trudie regularly enjoys weekends in the West Country visiting family and friends. Trudie has a passion for travel and when she’s not actually off somewhere she is usually planning and researching her next trip.
Graham Morris is the Development Director and leads the MIS Division at NJW. The MIS Division develops FOCAL365 and PORTFOLIO365.
Graham joined NJW as a Team Leader having worked as a senior developer in several blue-chip organisations. He quickly progressed to Division Leader and Development Director as a result of his outstanding technical and managerial skills.
His remit includes:
- Defining and implementing software development policies, standards and procedures
- Defining the strategic roadmap for Focal365 and delivering new functionality
- Providing technical direction for the development, design and system integration from definition through to implementation
- IT Service Management
- Talent management of all MIS team members.
Graham has BSc (Hons) in Computer Science from Warwick University and an MSc with Distinction in Information Security from Royal Holloway, London University, and is SC security cleared.
Outside of work Graham takes the time to relax by swimming and hiking.
Jim has been an integral part of the NJW team since 1993. As a long standing member of the company, Jim has worked across many of NJW’s key accounts including Unilever, HSBC, JLL, BAE Systems, BTFS and Pfizer providing a range of services and skills from space planning and project management to the implementation and training of a number of leading CAFM systems such as ARCHIBUS, FacilityCenter, ITRACS and FM: Systems.
Recently, Jim has worked as the Site Engagement Manager as part of the global roll-out of a resource booking solution for Unilever. During this time, he worked closely with a number of stakeholders to agree plans, processes and methods of all aspects of a global rollout. This included initial site contact, data gathering and cleansing, system input, training, comms and go-live.
From NJW’s extensive experience of IWMS and MIS implementations, it has become increasingly apparent that data accuracy and integrity is a key aspect in all of the systems we work with. Data integration tools such as ETL are becoming more of a necessity. Jim’s experience in this area, both from end user and administrative perspective, is proving invaluable across our systems.
Outside of work Jim enjoys quality time with his family, travelling, walking and other outdoor activities.
Client Development Director
Neil Plumridge, a board director of NJW, is responsible for account management and development. He acts as the “client advocate” ensuring that all our services and products are being deployed in the best interests of our customers. He is measured on customer satisfaction and spread of appropriate services.
Prior to this role Neil was NJW’s lead project director having lead major engagements with JLL, Barclays, Sodexo, Planon and Fidelity.
Neil brings a wealth of experience in software development, programme management and consulting / deployment of IWMS, CMMS, and EDM (Enterprise Document Management) systems.
Outside of work Neil is a keen photographer and follows as much motor sport as time will allow.
James graduated with a Computer Science degree and joined NJW in 2010. Since joining NJW, he has turned his software development background and skillset to building, customising and implementing IWMS Solutions. After demonstrating excellent interpersonal, technical, communication and problem solving skills, in 2014 James was invited to join the Executive Management Team. He now leads NJW’s IWMS Team and has a role in designing and delivering solutions for our clients and partners.
In addition to his management role, James’ Computer Science background contributes to his success as one of our most experienced IBM TRIRIGA Application Developers working closely with clients and partners including Etisalat, Fidelity, ICAP, IBM and Kier.
In his free time, James is part of a local mountain bike team, riding and racing throughout the year, enjoying both the mental and physical challenges that the sport offers. You can see some of his successful and “less successful” GoPro videos on YouTube!
