This phase is designed to enable the project team to define and create clear, concise objectives and goals that map to the business needs of the organisation. The team develops and understanding of the scope of the project and a plan to manage the steps and processes required to reach those objectives. It is during the strategy phase of the project that members of the NJW team and the clients project team are encouraged to set benchmark and key performance indicators (KPI) by which to measure their success during each succeeding phase of the project.
