Establishing the proper project team is crucial to the success of a technology implementation. There are key roles from NJW and the client organisation that must be represented within the project team. In certain situations, third party support or partner organisations of the client or NJW may be required to participate as project team members. This group encompasses the extended project team. However, for many implementation function functions the core project team can be utilised to reduce resource requirements and facilitate quick action. Various other members of the extended project team can be included as needed for input and decisions.
