Strategic partners work with NJW to achieve a particular goal and often linking a sequence of solutions to accomplish global assignments.
We have built alliances with some of the world’s leading-edge companies to bring together the most relevant Property and FM methodologies. These companies have a proven reputation for collaboration and reliability. In partnership, through technology and relationships, we deliver business information solutions that are both comprehensive and intuitive.
The NJW strategic partnerships program provides partners and clients with a platform to directly contribute to the development of global technology solutions addressing industry benchmarks, challenges and priorities, in addition to a hub of networking opportunities.
Sopra-Steria is a leading European supplier of IT services, with a strong presence in the UK, France, Germany, Italy, Spain and Scandinavia.
In 2010, Sodexo and NJW signed a partnership agreement for the delivery of an enhanced version of NJW’s analytics product – FOCAL365. Sodexo have branded this as “Sodexo Connections” and roll it out to all their major IFM clients – especially their global ones.
Sodexo Connections acts as a single IT “face” – consolidating and aggregating data from diverse systems, so that a cohesive and consistent view is presented. Through this client facing portal, customers can track contract performance, manage documents and raise (and follow progress) requests through a self-service helpdesk.
The Sodexo – NJW relationship is a true partnership agreement which is deliberately not a customer / supplier model. Both organisations work openly and collaboratively for mutual benefit. This has flourished into areas outside of software provision.
