Trudie Jedynak

Business and Commercial Director

Following a successful career in both travel and recruitment Trudie joined NJW in 2003 to provide office management and human resource support to the leadership team. In 2008 Trudie was promoted to Business and Commercial Director and invited to join the Main Board of Directors. Working across all the business sectors Trudie is responsible for the day-to-day management of the companies Finances, Payroll, Human Resources, Contract and Resource Management. Trudie's dedication and knowledge of business process, finance and personnel has helped develop both internal and client systems improving customer care, communications and efficiency. In the recent words of one of our long-standing clients "if you know NJW, you know Trudie!"  

Originally from Dartmouth in Devon, Trudie regularly enjoys weekends in the West Country visiting family and friends.  Trudie has a passion for travel and when she's not actually off somewhere she is usually planning and researching her next trip.

Stuti Singh

Senior Consultant

Stuti is a versatile consultant with diverse global experience in the fields of international project management, facilities, data management, operational strategy and business protection. After completing an MBA in International Business Stuti joined a major pharmaceutical company as a Business Analyst and Relationship Manager working across 84 countries.

Previously Responsible for program management of all Facilities & Operations projects and initiatives across the EMEA Mature Markets region, supporting a real estate portfolio of 3 million square feet and managing a budget of $150 million+ for Pfizer

In early 2011 Stuti joined NJW as an IWMS Consultant working on a global requirements project for Unilever. As the project now progresses into implementation stages Stuti has assumed the role of Project Manager for the deployment of a global Resource Booking solution.

Outside of work Stuti enjoys nothing more than relaxing with a good book.

Phil Overy

Associate Director

Phil joined NJW in 2009 as an Associate Director with the responsibility for managing the Property Connections Team at British Airways Head Office in Heathrow. Phil has many years experience as a Workplace  Programme Manager delivering large scale and often complex building re-stacks and re-organisation projects. To his credit Phil managed a project to relocate staff and equipment from existing terminals to Heathrow's new Terminal 5. This move included the migration of 27,000 staff and over 1600 items of ground support equipment. In addition to managing the day to day business as usual requests Phil is also currently leading a number of large scale consolidation projects at Heathrow.

Outside of work Phil enjoys time with his recently born son and renovating his North London Victorian property.

Mike Vince - Creative Director

Mike joined NJW in 2008 with a brief to improve the company branding and assist in the creative development of the new Top HAT Technology products.

Mike works side by side with the NJW development team enhancing the look and feel to all client facing technology including the new ground breaking analytical NJW 365 suite of technology.

NJW has been transformed from a service company to a company offering global solutions under the careful directorship from Mike reporting directly to the Board.

Under Mike's leadership NJW now offers a number creative solutions including website design, 3D visualisation, bid management, marketing collateral and company branding.    

Outside of work Mike's creative flair is still very evident with his hobbies including art and photography. More recently he has just moved into a quirky barn conversion on the outskirts of Hungerford formally owned by the late Television Presenter Johnny Morris.

Jim Sugden

Associate Director

Jim has been an integral part of the NJW team since 1993. As an Associate Director he provides vital input to all areas of the business including managing the day-to-day operations of the CAD/ CAFM team. As a long standing member of Company it has meant that Jim has worked across many of NJW's key accounts including Honeywell, Bank of New York, HSBC, Deutsche Bank and Pfizer providing a range of services and skills from space planning and project management to the implementation and training of a number of leading CAFM systems such as Archibus, FacilityCenter, ITRACS and FM:Systems.

Most recently Jim has provided onsite support to the NJW Space Management Team based at British Airways and also joined the NJW Unilever Team to deliver Global Room Booking and IWMS projects.

Outside of work Jim enjoys quality time with his family, traveling, walking and other outdoor activities.

Cerys Jones

Operations Director

Cerys is a dedicated and multi-skilled Workplace Consultant with a passion for understanding and learning about the interaction between the workplace, its users and the organisation.

 Responsible for the Workplace Services division at NJW, Cerys and her team are focused on providing innovative solutions, advice and professional services in order to improve the operational performance of the client's business.

Cerys' core skills include utilisation & portfolio optimisation, feasibility / accommodation studies, strategic planning, change management, new ways of working, project communications, relocation management and contract management.

Over the years Cerys has delivered projects for many large commercial occupiers including British Airways, Orange, Tesco, British Telecom and more recently Unilever, in addition to a substantial amount of work in the Public Sector including rationalisation projects for several Local Authorities and NHS Trusts. Cerys also managed an 18-month programme working with the Metropolitan Police Authority to review the utilisation, assets and condition of their estate.

Outside of work Cerys spends her weekends volunteering at the local RDA (Riding for the Disabled) helping people of all ages overcome their disabilities, providing opportunities for therapy, achievement and most of all enjoyment.

Hamish Good

Technical Director

Hamish joined NJW in August 2002 to work on specific projects including Marks and Spencer and AstraZeneca where he delivered technical consultancy in the implementation and upgrade of a leading CAFM system. Widely recognised by both clients and associates Hamish has excellent project management, technical, analytical and problem solving skills. Today, Hamish is both Head of Information Technology and a Lead Consultant at NJW working on client projects including London Metropolitan University, Office of Public Works, Highlands and Islands Enterprise, HSBC and British Council. In early 2011 Hamish was promoted to the NJW Board of Directors.

Outside of work Hamish enjoys a busy family life with his wife and three children.

Neil Plumridge

Development Director

After a long an varied career in EDM, CAD, CAFM, System Development and IT Project Management working with multinational corporations like the BBC, Reuters, Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley and GE, Neil joined NJW in 2003 to support the rapidly growing consultancy and implementation team. After implementation of many large CAFM projects using TRIRIGA and Archibus platforms Neil was promoted to Associate Director in 2008. Since then Neil has been heavily involved in the development of NJW's own IWMS system, Focal365.

In Late 2011 Neil was promoted to the NJW Board of Directors and now has overall responsibility for the core development team as well as account managing some of NJW's largest clients.

Outside of work Neil is a keen photographer and follows as much motor sport as time will allow.

Nigel Warrick

Managing Director

As the founder and Managing Director of NJW, Nigel is an accomplished Business Information Consultant with 20+ years of demonstrated success in providing Integrated Workplace Management Solutions and Strategic Workplace services to the Facilities Management and Real Estate Industries.

A true visionary, Nigel understands clients often-complicated needs and always accepts a challenge, which today positions NJW as one of the worlds most experienced, advanced providers of IWMS technology and global Top Hat analytics.

Nigel is a 'take charge' leader and over the years has successfully developed a strong, dedicated team of talented Technology and Workplace Consultants working throughout a network of offices to service clients such as Unilever, Pfizer, GSK, British Council, HSBC, OPW, British Airways, Sodexo, CBRE, Royal Bank of Canada and BG on both a national and international platform.

Outside of the office Nigel is Chairman of Hungerford Town Football Club and can normally be found supporting the team from the sidelines. In the past 3 years through Nigel's dedicated support and restructure of the club Hungerford FC has risen from Hellenic league to Southern League status.

Trevor Wignall

Associate DIrector

Trevor is a Senior Consultant with over seventeen years experience in Strategic FM and Planning within research and business environments. In roles within blue chip organizations and as a consultant, Trevor has planned, managed and completed relocation, refurbishment, expansion and Integrated Workplace Management System projects on an international scale. Having built a very successful working relationship with NJW as a client over ten years, in 2011 Trevor decided to join the NJW team bringing with him his valuable knowledge and experience in the successful delivery of global restructuring and IWMS selection and implementation.

Trevor is currently working as part of our Unilever team responsible for a global requirements study and the selection of IWMS and Resource Booking tools.

Outside of work Trevor enjoys participating in triathlon events with his wife and two children, and walking their two Flat Coated Retrievers in the orchards and bluebell woods around their home in Kent.

Roy Bleeks

Director

Roy is a Main Board Director of NJW and head’s up the Development Team to provide web-based solutions to the FM and Real Estate sector. As Principle Developer and the System’s Lead Architect Roy is responsible for all aspects of the project lifecycle from design through to final deployment. Roy has led projects including significant system rollouts to AstraZeneca, Shell, The NHS, British Council and leading Global FM Providers and Real Estate Consultants.

Previous to NJW, Roy graduated from the University of Nottingham with a degree in Electronic Engineering in 1995.  Using this as a foundation, he teamed up with a pioneering ISP based in Belfast introducing some of the first interactive Java Applets into the commercial market including online crosswords for various regional Newspapers and an online journey planner.

In 1997, Roy joined a London-based consultancy specialising in the electronic distribution of financial research.  As part of a small dynamic team, Roy was responsible for the move of their primary portal from Lotus Notes to Java technology.  During this time, he was responsible for the introduction of the portal and bespoke consultative development for some of the big name banks such as ING, Natwest Markets, UBS and Credit Lyonais.

Roy is an avid lover of scenery and misses no opportunity for a getaway to the Lakes or to the outstanding Bernese Alps.  He is a keen walker enjoying the odd ramble in the Scottish Highlands or the Mountains of Mourne.

Paul Dempsey

Consultant

Paul is a Strategic Workplace Consultant who brings a wide range of diverse experience ranging from Architectural design and workplace planning to real estate strategy and analysis and IWMS installations. Paul is a qualified Architect and is also highly experienced in the FM arena.

Since joining NJW in 2007 Paul has managed several high profile accounts including Pfizer where he was responsible for the planning, design, utilisation and disposal of EMEA real estate in conjunction with the development of a web based IWMS planning portal for operational and asset data. More recently Paul has taken on the role of Project Lead in the global rollout of a Resource Booking Tool and Integrated Workplace Management Solution for Unilever.

Prior to working with NJW Paul has worked and resided in several countries including the USA and Belgium and has completed projects on every continent and in more than 30 countries.

Away from the office Paul is a keen cyclist recently completing an arduous cross country challenge in Jordan.
