Autodesk

NJW operate the Autodesk Authorized Training Centre (ATC) based in West Berkshire.

Sodexo

NJW & Sodexo have signed a 5 year true “partnership” agreement which is deliberately not a customer-supplier relationship. The rationale for this being that a partnership is both mutually beneficial.

Sodexo have identified that there are complementary Workplace Services that will drive higher value for both organisations. Managing Director ‘Nigel Warrick’ is delighted with the new partnership contract as Sodexo Connections will be rolled out Globally but more importantly NJW can commit to supporting a Global FM company creating a unique selling point and advanced service delivery to their clients.

The results of the collaboration are already bearing fruit for GSK, J&J, Sodexo Properties and many others as Sodexo Connections is systematically rolled out client by client.

IBM

On March 22nd 2011, IBM announced that it had entered into a definitive agreement to acquire TRIRIGA, a leading provider of facility and real estate management software solutions.

"The acquisition of TRIRIGA will help accelerate IBM's efforts to bring intelligence in the smarter buildings market," said David Bartlett, vice president, industry solutions, IBM.  "Now, real estate and finance executives will have a comprehensive solution that can help reduce operations and energy expense by monitoring and managing their real-estate expenditures and resources."

NJW have been the TRIRIGA Solution Provider since their launch in 2000 and are now in advanced transition to becoming a formal IBM Partner servicing a larger range of Smarter Building products. NJW are working closely with UK and European IBM Sales teams to service the increasing demand in the highly regarded IWMS Solution.

Condeco

NJW identify Condeco as the ideal Point solution for Room Booking technology.

“Room booking is Strategically the most important and fast track IWMS Integrated Workplace Management Solution that can be delivered to any organisation and has a direct impact on the outward facing parts of the business. Staff and customers visiting, meeting room or hot desk experience is managed through this medium” states Nigel Warrick.

As such, NJW are in the process of working with Condeco to develop ‘Utilise365’ which provides automated utilisation analytics through RFD, desk top and people counting technologies.

Both companies share a passion for Research and Development in order to produce cost efficient, user friendly technology solutions. NJW have successfully implemented Condeco at British Council and Sodexo new headquarters whilst developing a unique IWMS collaboration.

CBRE

NJW are delivering Top HAT technology honed for Real Estate transactions and analytics to CBRE. 

NJW have been commissioned to provide a Web based reporting module by CBRE for one of their most prestigious clients with a global portfolio of 73 million square feet within over 9000 properties, spanning 5 regions and 90 countries.

The new solution data mines property metrics and transaction details from Horizon technology providing access to asset performance cut in a number of different ways including by division, location, tenure, space type, facilities and efficiency.

Further CBRE clients may be exposed to the new Top HAT solution as the partnership between the two companies matures.
