The new solution data mines property metrics and transaction details from Horizon technology providing access to asset performance cut in a number of different ways including by division, location, tenure, space type, facilities and efficiency.
Further CBRE clients may be exposed to the new Top HAT solution as the partnership between the two companies matures.
