The objective of the pyramid methodology is to facilitate rapid and precise implementation of technology solutions designed specifically to address our clients’ core business operations and goals. During the course of the project, when business requirements are discovered that require the solution or the client’s core processes to be modified or reengineered to provide more predictable performance or success, the methodology can be adapted to facilitate the rapid delivery of process and/or related system modifications. NJW encourages the standard use of the system and best practices delivered, however the Pyramid Methodology supports changes and improvement throughout the lifecycle of the implementation process.
